Hashmark designed and built Cash Intelligence end to end — the React admin dashboard, Express API, PostgreSQL data model, subscription billing layer, and production deployment on Vercel and DigitalOcean.
Growing businesses need more than spreadsheets to understand daily liquidity — they need one place to track bank accounts, record transactions, build accrual budgets, and model cash-flow scenarios before making spending decisions, while platform operators manage tenants, subscriptions, and access from a central console.
The Challenge
Finance teams were juggling disconnected tools for banking, budgeting, and forecasting. Leaders lacked a single view of wallet balance, income, and expenses, and operators had no scalable way to onboard clients, bill subscriptions, or enforce role-based access across a multi-tenant product.
Our Solution
Hashmark built Cash Intelligence as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a React admin dashboard and Express API on PostgreSQL. Client teams manage banking, transactions, accrual budgets with allocation rules, and hypothetical forecasts from one interface. Super admins handle client activation, subscription plans, invoicing, payment history, and page-level RBAC — with JWT auth, Google OAuth, and OTP verification throughout.
